Utilize the accepted mental health models while serving both individual clients & families Assess the client's health needs & existing barriers, & increase access to relevant health services & resources Participate in family engagement activities to support the social-emotional development of the family Promote participation in & provide learning opportunities for an increase in healthy behaviors & choices regarding social, environmental, intellectual, physical, & emotional areas of health & wellness Host one-on-one and group sessions with adults or children as appropriate Educate and connect clients to relevant community resources that will aid in their self-sufficiency Use the client database to record accurate and timely attendance and notes on clients' engagement Support existing recovery and mental health resources provided at Our House Support clients participating in the Our House Wellness Clinic and other medication management agencies to continue service long-term
