We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join a specialized Sex Offender Treatment Program (SOTP) within a correctional setting. This role offers the opportunity to work with a high-risk offender population while making a meaningful impact through evidence-based treatment, behavioral change, and successful reentry preparation.
Position Highlights

- Travel Package: Up to $2,783/week
- Schedule Options: 4x10s or 5x8s

About the Role
The LCSW will collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for incarcerated individuals participating in the Sex Offender Treatment Program.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting individual and group therapy sessions
- Facilitating behavioral accountability and cognitive restructuring interventions
- Providing crisis intervention and therapeutic support
- Assessing psychosocial needs and treatment progress
- Assisting individuals in developing skills necessary for successful community reentry
- Working with individuals serving long-term or decades-long sentences, helping prepare them for significant social and technological changes in modern society
- Participating in treatment planning and interdisciplinary team meetings
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited program
- Active Colorado LCSW license
- BLS
Preferred Qualifications
- One or more years of social work experience
- Experience in corrections, forensic mental health, substance abuse, or offender rehabilitation
- Dual licensure including LAC or CAS preferred but not required
