Ohioans Home Health and Hospice is seeking a passionate Licensed Social Worker to join our team!

 

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Social Worker to join our team. This role involves collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, advocating for patients' needs, and offering comprehensive psychosocial assessments and interventions.
