Qualified candidates for a Social Worker position will have:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Social Work and nursing home social work experience preferred. 
• MDS experience preferred.
• Experience with residents who have memory impairment preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills required.
• Knowledge of concerns and challenges specific to the geriatric population.
• Ability to engage families in the care planning process and assist them in developing skills for coping with the unique challenges associated with the aging of a loved one.
• Must be willing to work every sixth weekend.
