Day Shift - 7.5 Hours (United States of America)

The Social Worker will provide clinical and case management care to patients on a mobile crisis team setting. Experience treating concurring substance abuse and mental illness required for position. Documentation must be in a timely and quality manner. Conduct individual, group, and family therapy. 


Requirements:

  • Master's degree required.

  • NYS Registration/Certification as a Social Worker required.

  • Prior experience in a hospital or community health agency is preferred.

  • Experience with assigned patient population and Utilization of PM Schedule and LMSW/ LCSW required.

  • Experience treating concurring substance abuse and mental illness required.

 

Days w/ eo wknd & hols; 8a-4p; 11a-7p
Salary Range: $39.683/hr - $48.430/hr
