Salary Range: $67,122 - $117,465

The Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)/ Management Preferences are not required. Applicants who possess the following skills are preferred:

• Ability to provide both administrative and clinical supervision to staff for licensure purposes and clinical/problematic cases.
• Considerable knowledge of behavioral, psychosocial problems, adolescent and adult(geriatric) psychopathology and their treatment including knowledge regarding therapy techniques and modalities that serve as best practices for the SPMI population.
• Ability to monitor to ensure compliance with standards, program development and performance improvement.
• Ability to communicate effectively with management, community agencies, and lead a team of other clinicians.

This Position Is Designated as Mandatory and Must Report or Stay Over During Adverse Weather Events.

Master''s degree in social work from an appropriately accredited institution and two years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker as required by the NC Social Work Certification and Licensure Board. Necessary Special Qualifications Licensure by the North Carolina Social Work Certification and Licensure Board as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
