Job Summary Provides supportive servicescounseling on healthcare and home care programs and services. Provides crisis intervention and assists families in understanding the implications and complexities of medical situations. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Social Work from an accredited curriculum required. Healthcare andor mental health hospital experience preferred.
