Social Worker (LMSW) - Outpatient

Adult Outpatient Therapist – Adult Behavioral Health

• Conduct intake evaluations and provide direct clinical treatment to adults and families.
• Assess and document client needs related to mental health and/or co-occurring substance use disorders.
• Provide individual and group therapy.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, primary care providers, family members, and other support professionals.
• Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, and case consultations.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Coordinate discharge planning and case closure.
• Complete required training related to adult mental health and co-occurring substance use disorders.
• Follow professional and ethical standards.

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling – Required.
• Active Michigan license – Required: LLMSW, LLPC, TLLP, LMSW, LPC, or LLP.
• Must obtain Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) credential within 120 days of hire.
• 1+ year of experience treating or working with individuals diagnosed with mental illness; internship/fieldwork may count.
• Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively with diverse populations.
• Ability to build therapeutic relationships and collaborate with clients, families, and providers.
• Flexible and adaptable to program needs.
• No student/work visa candidates or sponsorship required.

• Monday–Thursday: 8:30 AM–7:00 PM.
• Friday: 8:30 AM–5:00 PM.
• Saturday: 9:00 AM–1:00 PM.
• Flexible scheduling available; some evening/weekend hours may be required.
