Social Worker – Full Time (Children's Services)

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in intakes, evaluations, and annual IFSP/IEP reviews
• Support children and families with social, emotional, and clinical needs
• Assist families in accessing community resources and services
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including educators and clinicians
• Maintain accurate documentation and case notes
• Conduct home visits and participate in team meetings as needed
• Support student transitions and ongoing family communication

Qualifications

• LMSW license in New York State (required)
• NYS DOE School Social Worker Certification (required)
• Bilingual Spanish Or Mandarin (required)
• Experience working with children and families preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
