• Assigned TGC Cases: You will be responsible for managing a caseload of clients referred through the Trauma-Grounded Care (TGC) program, offering crisis intervention, assessment, and appropriate referrals to ensure clients receive the care and support they need.
• Crisis Assessment: Conduct crisis assessments and risk evaluations for clients in urgent situations.
  
• Crisis Intervention: Provide crisis intervention services, including de-escalation techniques and emotional support.
  
• Safety Planning: Collaborate with clients to develop safety plans to mitigate immediate risks.
  

• Referral and Coordination: Connect clients to appropriate resources, including inpatient services, outpatient programs, and community resources.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and interventions.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or equivalent.
  

• Proven experience in crisis intervention and behavioral health.

• Strong communication and assessment skills.
