Responsibilities:We are looking for a Social Worker to join our team within our youth Partial Hospitalization Program. As a Social Worker, you will collaborate closely with psychiatric medical providers and therapists on the patient’s primary treatment team to ensure a cohesive and effective plan of care.
Hours for this role are Monday – Friday, 8a-430p
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Compensation for this role ranges from $27-$35 per hour depending on licensure and experience.
