Softball Pitching Instructor

Zoned Sports Academy is seeking an experienced Softball Pitching Instructor to join our coaching staff.


If you have a passion for developing athletes and a strong softball pitching background, we’d love to hear from you. This position involves providing private and small-group instruction to softball players of various ages and skill levels.


Responsibilities
• Conduct private and small-group pitching lessons
• Teach proper pitching mechanics, arm care, accuracy, movement, and confidence in the circle.
• Develop individualized training plans for athletes
• Provide constructive feedback and track player progress
• Foster a positive, energetic, and professional training environment
• Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and staff


Qualifications
• Previous softball pitching instruction or coaching experience preferred
• Collegiate playing experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of pitching mechanics and player development
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
