Rate of Pay:
Softball Umpires - $30/game

The City of Prescott Recreation Services Department is taking applications for Softball Umpires for the 2026 Spring/Summer season. Games are scheduled Monday through Thursday. Game times vary but could begin as early as 6:00 p.m. with the last game ending as late as 10:00 p.m.
Officials:Previous experience preferred but not mandatory.Training is available for individuals with a love for the game and a desire to learn. Must provide own umpire indicator and plate brush. Softball umpires will earn $30 per game.
Physical and Visual Ability:Sufficient to effectively and safely perform required duties and to safely operate required equipment.
Hearing and Speaking Ability:Clearly, concisely, and effectively communicate in person and over the telephone.
