What You'll Do Day-To-Day

Work from detailed programming specifications, design, modify, develop, write and implement software-programming applications.
Participate in the testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing and certification of software.
Support and/or install software applications/operating systems.
Provide resolution to a fundamental problem or seize an opportunity that improves the satisfaction of a customer, user or provider.
Explain the financial impact of a solution or a decision to assist customers in complying with budget requirements.
May provide guidance to less experienced Software Analysts.

-Advanced knowledge of programming languages such as C# and understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.
-Familiarity with the stages of software development, including design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
-Understanding of software testing processes, including test case review, analysis, and participation in test witnessing and certification.
-Ability to identify and resolve software issues or bugs.
-Excellent communication skills to comprehend, follow direction and convey detailed technical data.
-Ability to develop and maintain good interpersonal relationships; work collaboratively within a team environment.
-Good problem identification and problem resolution skills.

What You'll Bring

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a technical or business discipline. Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
Minimum of 4 years of related experience.
Advanced knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript, and understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.
Familiarity with the stages of software development, including design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Understanding of software testing processes, including test case review, analysis, and participation in test witnessing and certification.
Ability to identify and resolve basic software issues or bugs.
Excellent communication skills to comprehend, follow direction and convey detailed technical data.
Ability to develop and maintain good interpersonal relationships; work collaboratively within a team environment.
Good problem identification and problem resolution skills.

Total Rewards Package

Salary: $94,000 - $127,000, and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
