We are looking for a skilled professional to contribute to the design, development, and modification of computer applications and programs. The goal is to ensure these applications effectively and efficiently meet business objectives.
Responsibilities
Provide support for C.Core, Plex, and SAP users, including report creation and development.
Manage and troubleshoot SAP/Plex/C.Core interface schedules and errors.
Collaborate with team members and software vendors throughout all phases of software implementation, including requirements gathering, testing, and support.
Perform database maintenance and troubleshooting for SQL servers.
Address additional issues and take on other responsibilities as they arise.
Engage in departmental projects to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
An Associate's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or relevant experience with Plex, SAP, and/or EDI.
At least 4 years of experience in an Application Engineering role.
Proficiency with Microsoft products.
Experience with SQL databases and Windows operating systems.
Ability to write query-based reports.
