| 1 | 84 months experience in designing, coding, testing, maintaining, upgrading (including deprecation/gap analysis) and debugging Java 8/J2EE distributed applications, including REST, domain model Microservices, Spring Boot, API gateway, web services, etc. |
| 2 | 84 Months experience in API design and implementation (remote vs local APIs, routing and reverse proxying, load balancing, optimization techniques). |
| 3 | 84 Months experience designing secure applications using SSDLC, security APIs, transport and message layer security, encryption and decryption algorithms for data security, SAML and Multi factor authentication. |
| 4 | 84 Months experience using version/source control, continuous integration, deployment and testing. |
| 5 | 48 Months experience in programming public sector government IT projects. |
| 6 | 48 months experience with ensuring HIPAA Guidelines, including data encryption, are met and followed. |
| 7 | Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MIS or equivalent in a relevant technology field from an accredited institution. A copy of the degree must be submitted with the Candidate Response Form. |
