Expertise in CI/CD pipeline design and optimization, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and DevOps tooling and practices
Familiarity with code quality and security scanning tools (e.g., SonarQube, Mend) and observability/monitoring platforms
Deep hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP), including architecting resilient, serverless, and cloud-native microservice solutions (Required)
Expertise in latest security practices, including identifying potential security risks in platform services, communicating them, and implementing robust mitigation strategies
Expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) frameworks and protocols including OIDC and SAML; ability to architect and implement secure, scalable IAM solutions that ensure proper authentication, authorization, and auditing across multiple systems and applications
Leadership & Communication
Strong leadership skills in fostering collaboration, driving Agile practices, and managing project timelines
Exceptional ability to articulate complex architectural concepts to a diverse audience, ranging from executive leadership and business units to technical teams
