Title: Software Solution Architect II
Location: Dallas, TX / Atlanta, GA - Hybrid
Summary:
Software Solution Architect II responsible for defining and governing target-state architecture, integration strategy, and modernization roadmaps across the CXI ecosystem. The role provides technical leadership, architecture recommendations, and solution governance across cloud, APIs, microservices, and enterprise applications.
Responsibilities
Define and govern target-state architecture across CXI Platform, Claims, G&A, and Agentic AI/Analytics tracks.
Lead architecture reviews to align current-state assessments with future-state recommendations.
Develop integration strategies, API frameworks, data flow patterns, and modernization roadmaps.
Identify architectural risks, dependencies, constraints, and governance requirements.
Translate discovery findings into practical solution options and executive-ready recommendations.
Ensure cross-functional architecture consistency and alignment with business objectives.
Requirements
10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Solution Architecture, or Enterprise Architecture.
Strong experience in Solution Architecture and Enterprise Architecture.
Experience with API Design, Integration Patterns, Microservices, and Distributed Systems.
Strong knowledge of Cloud Architecture Azure/AWS.
Hands-on knowledge of Java, Python, React, and Spring Boot.
Experience with architecture frameworks, design patterns, SDLC, Agile methodologies, and technical governance.
Healthcare domain experience is required, preferably with healthcare payer, claims processing, member experience, or regulatory workflows.
Experience with modernization and transformation programs is preferred.
Knowledge of Agentic AI, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning is preferred.
Strong stakeholder management, technical leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred certifications: TOGAF, AWS Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Architect, or equivalent.
Additional skills include Adobe Experience Manager, Microservices, Microsoft Azure, and Cloud Infrastructure.
