    • Lead and facilitate configuration control boards to review and approve proposed changes to system configurations.
    • Conduct regular audits and reviews of the software repositories to ensure they conform to documented standards and records.
    • Create and distribute reports on configuration status, metrics, and compliance to management and relevant technical teams.
    • Provide training and support to technical staff on configuration management policies, procedures, and the use of management tools.
    • Analyze and resolve issues related to configuration discrepancies and recommend improvements to existing processes.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of software configuration management experience, ideally supporting multiple complex projects in C, C++, and Python
    • Experience supporting product delivery and developing at scale with teams greater than 10 engineers
    • Experience coordinating complex product development across teams globally
    • Experience communicating closely with engineers, managers, and other stakeholders
    • Must have experience in organizing and developing standard SCM processes
    • Ability to handle multiple complex conflicting priorities
    • Experience with GitHub, GitLab, Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Experience in coaching team members to strengthen their abilities and skill sets
    • CI/CD experience in GitLab (preferred)
    • Government clearance (desirable)
