The ideal candidate writes production-quality Java and is fluent with AI-assisted development tools. They must be detail-oriented, communicate clearly in writing and speech, work independently, and stay productive under release-cycle pressure.
Required: strong Java; 25 years of test automation or software development experience; a Computer Science or equivalent technical degree. Preferred: experience with test automation frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and AI-native / agentic coding tools. Robotics, hardware-integration, or fulfillment-systems experience is a plus.
