Position: Software Dev Engineer IV
Location: Westboro,MA

Job Description:
- You will design and develop web-based dashboards, metrics visualizations, and user interfaces that enable service operators to monitor and manage our robotics systems.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-performance operational tools that provide real-time insights and actionable data.
Core Requirements:
- 5+ years of front-end web development experience with strong expertise in React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
- Experience designing and implementing operational dashboards and metrics visualizations for service operators or technical users
- Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability platforms (CloudWatch, Grafana, Prometheus, or Datadog)
- Proficiency in data visualization libraries (D3.js, Chart.js, Recharts) and time-series data handling
- Delivered scalable, high-performance web UIs used by multiple customers in production environments
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with TypeScript and query languages (PromQL, LogQL, or CloudWatch Insights Query Language)
- Knowledge of real-time data streaming technologies (WebSockets, Server-Sent Events) and alerting systems
- Experience with Application Performance Monitoring tools (New Relic, Dynatrace, Datadog) and/or log aggregation platforms (Elasticsearch, Splunk)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Background developing interfaces for industrial, robotics, or infrastructure applications with knowledge of SRE practices
Top 3 Must Have Hard Skills
