- Learn business processes and identify opportunities for automation
- Build internal tools, workflows, and API integrations
- Use AI and automation tools to streamline operations
Data & Systems
- Develop solutions for data collection, reporting, and lead enrichment
- Support Salesforce-related projects and process improvements
Ownership
- Own projects from idea through implementation
Qualifications
- Experience with JavaScript and/or Python
- Understanding of APIs, integrations, and automation
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical curiosity
- Comfortable working independently with minimal oversight
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and creative in a less corporate, fast-paced setting
