- Background in motorsports or a genuine interest in racing is preferred and will help in understanding domain-specific requirements.
- Experience working with data analytics or simulation tools in a technical environment.
- Familiarity with vehicle dynamics, race engineering, or performance analytics is beneficial.
- Ability to contribute to and thrive in a competitive, high-performance team culture.
Work Environment
You will work as part of an innovative, highly competitive motorsports technology team focused on building software that directly contributes to race day success. The environment emphasizes collaboration between software developers, race engineers, data analysts, and vehicle dynamics specialists, with a strong winning culture and clear connection between your work and on-track performance. You will use modern web technologies, JavaScript and TypeScript frameworks, SQL databases such as PostgreSQL and TimescaleDB, and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
