About the Role

We are seeking a Software Developer Growth Engineer to join our collaborative, engineering-driven team in a role built to generate enterprise demand through public technical work. This is not a traditional Software Engineer, SDR, Marketing, or DevRel role because most enterprise software companies already have those. Very few have a systematic way to create technical champions within software engineering organizations. Software Developer Growth Engineers are designed to solve this problem.

The mission is to generate enterprise demand by demonstrating the capabilities of the Blitzy platform through public technical work, content creation, developer engagement, and targeted outreach. The ideal candidate will become expert operators of the Blitzy platform and use it to showcase autonomous software development in real-world scenarios, building software publicly, creating technical content, engaging developers, identifying technical champions, and driving enterprise adoption of Blitzy at scale.

Responsibilities:

• Master and operate the Blitzy platform to execute autonomous software development workflows end-to-end and demonstrate how developers can leverage Blitzy for real-world use cases.

• Build and showcase greenfield applications, refactor popular open-source repositories, fix publicly documented CVEs, modernize legacy applications, and reverse engineer codebases to generate technical specifications.

• Improve the performance, scalability, and architecture of applications while developing open-source tools, technical benchmarks, and large-scale autonomous development initiatives.

• Create technical articles, tutorials, engineering write-ups, videos, project breakdowns, and benchmark reports that demonstrate autonomous software development in practice.

• Participate in developer communities, engage software developers online, answer technical questions, and build credibility through hands-on technical work.

• Conduct targeted outreach to developers, architects, and engineering leaders, identify technical champions, generate enterprise opportunities, and partner with Sales and AI Solutions Consultants to advance pipeline.

• Serve as a public example of autonomous software development by consistently showcasing what is possible with Blitzy through technical projects, content, and developer engagement.

• Master and operate the Blitzy platform to execute autonomous software development workflows and demonstrate real-world use cases.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional software engineering experience, with strong engineering fundamentals and a track record of building and shipping production software.

• Demonstrate a builder mentality with a bias toward making, experimenting, and bringing ideas to life.

• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Bring a naturally curious, entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for AI and software development tooling.

• Create technical content and engage publicly with developer communities through teaching, knowledge sharing, and hands-on projects.

• Maintain an active GitHub presence through open-source contributions, public projects, or technical experimentation.

• Demonstrate initiative through technical blogs, YouTube channels, hackathon participation, startup experience, or other public-facing technical work.

Salary Range: $140,000 - $180,000 + Bonus + Equity
