Your Role

Akkodis is seeking a Software Developer (IBM Maximo) for a Contract with a client in Dearborn, MI(Hybrid). This role focuses on designing and delivering scalable back-end applications, APIs, and enterprise integrations to support IBM TRIRIGA/MREF solutions and business operations.

Rate Range: $60/Hour to $65/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Software Developer (IBM Maximo) Responsibilities include:

• Develop and maintain back-end applications, APIs, and microservices using Java and other server-side technologies to support business-critical operations.

• Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver scalable applications.

• Integrate TRIRIGA/MREF platforms with enterprise systems using REST APIs, Azure services, Apigee, and data integration frameworks.

• Manage application deployment, performance monitoring, security enhancements, and reliability across cloud and on-premises environments.

• Design and optimize database solutions, data flows, and enterprise integrations to ensure efficient data management and system performance.

• Support platform modernization initiatives, including TRIRIGA-to-MREF migrations, while following best practices for testing, CI/CD, and software development.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.

• 10+ years of IT experience, including at least 8 years of hands-on software development experience in enterprise environments.

• Strong expertise in Java, REST APIs, JSON, Azure, Apigee, and back-end application development, with experience building and supporting scalable enterprise solutions.

• Experience with IBM TRIRIGA/MREF platforms, including space management, facilities management, lease management, enterprise integrations, and platform migration initiatives.

Pay Details: $60.00 to $65.00 per hour
