As a Software Developer II on the Agentic Virtual Assistant team, you'll help bring generative AI into the hands of Redfin real estate agents. This team is building an AI assistant deeply embedded in Redfin's Agent Tools, enabling agents to work smarter, move faster, and better support customers throughout the home buying and selling journey. In this role, you'll contribute to systems that combine Redfin's rich data ecosystem with cutting-edge AI capabilities to solve practical, high-impact problems for agents. You'll work closely with engineers, product managers, designers, and operational partners to build intelligent workflows and tools that improve how agents operate day to day.
