About the Role:

Aquila is seeking a Software Developer to join our team in supporting one of the country's premier defense research organizations. The Software Developer will help support a group effort with cyber, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Human Language Technology (HLT) portfolio.

There are a few requirements for the position:

• Must be a U.S Citizen- Authorized to Work in the US \u2013 Must have a Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI w Full Scope Poly (Green Cards / Visas do not qualify)
• Willingness to undergo a comprehensive background investigation and maintain a personal security clearance. (Aquila would sponsor you for the security clearance.)
• Must be within 100 miles of worksite (Lexington, MA)

Work Location: Hybrid \u2013 This position requires 50% onsite work in order to perform tasks in classified space. The person needs to be local enough to be able to commute to Lexington on a regular enough basis. There could be ebb and flow periods in the project lifecycle that will require periods of time onsite more than 50% and times that is less than 50%. This is the average overall.

Clearance: Candidates must possess an active Top Secret Clearance/TS SCI (with current full scope polygraph) for the start of this project due to the nature of the work.
