Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced .NET Core / SSRS Developer to join our team in Harrisburg, PA. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SSRS report development, .NET Core MVC, SQL Server, Oracle, and ETL using SSIS. This role involves developing enterprise reporting solutions, maintaining web applications, working with large datasets, and supporting CI/CD deployments in an Agile environment.
Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and enhance SSRS reports and database objects.
  • Build and maintain .NET Core MVC applications using C#.
  • Develop ETL solutions using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
  • Write and optimize T-SQL and PL/SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.
  • Work with SQL Server and Oracle databases to support enterprise applications.
  • Publish and manage reports in Power BI Service.
  • Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Git.
  • Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and deliver reporting solutions.
  • Perform performance tuning, testing, documentation, and support Agile development activities.
Required Skills
  • 3+ years of experience with SSRS and SSIS
  • Strong experience with .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, C#, Dependency Injection
  • Hands-on experience with SQL Server, T-SQL, Oracle, and PL/SQL
  • Experience handling large datasets and complex reporting solutions
  • Proficiency with JavaScript and jQuery
  • Experience using Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Knowledge of Power BI and report deployment
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, database design, and ETL processes
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience with Power BI deployment pipelines and report server administration.
  • Experience optimizing SQL queries and SSRS report performance.
