As a Software Developer at Webco Industries, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and maintain software applications that support business goals across the organization. You’ll contribute to projects that improve efficiency, performance, and user experience while helping drive continuous improvement through technology.

What You’ll Do

• Develop, maintain, and enhance software applications and system components
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using modern development practices
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions
• Participate in application design and contribute to architectural decisions
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects, system issues, and performance concerns
• Create and execute testing plans to ensure application reliability and functionality
• Support production systems and assist with incident resolution as needed
• Document code, APIs, processes, and technical solutions for long-term maintainability
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing
• Recommend improvements to development processes, tools, and methodologies
• Stay current on emerging technologies and development best practices

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field — or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of professional software development experience
• Experience with programming languages, frameworks, and development tools
• Familiarity with databases, APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A mindset focused on continuous improvement, accountability, and teamwork
