    Build the systems that deliver billions of personalized ad impressions daily - combining large-scale distributed services, LLMs, and innovative shopper experiences to help brands connect with customers during their most inspired shopping moments.     The Conversational Ad Experiences team within Sponsored Products and Brands is making Amazon the best-in-class destination for shoppers to discover, engage, and build affinity with brands and products. We deliver visually appealing, inspiring, and relevant sponsored shopping content that helps advertisers - big or small - reach potential customers during their research and consideration stages. Our distributed ad serving services operate at low latency and high scalability, serving both billions of Amazon shoppers and millions of advertisers worldwide. We"re only getting started.

    Key job responsibilities

    • Design, develop, and operate large-scale distributed services capable of processing millions of requests daily with low latency and high availability
    • Leverage LLMs and Generative AI to solve complex problems and deliver personalized, contextually relevant ad experiences
    • Partner with engineering, science, and business teams to design, implement, and launch new shopper-facing ad experiences
    • Collaborate with senior SDEs and Principal Engineers on architecture and system design for high-impact, strategic projects
    • Build and optimize ad serving infrastructure that scales to serve billions of impressions across Amazon pages worldwide
    • Write high-quality, maintainable code and drive operational excellence through monitoring and continuous improvement
