Responsibilities • Software design & development of VGEM products and solutions for 93K V93000 SOC & Parametric testers. • Follow solution life cycle • Requirements analysis • Solution design • Code development • Unit test • Documentation • Deployment of solutions in 24x7 manufacturing environment. • On-site test cell integration & support.
