Key job responsibilities

  • Lead development and launch of some of the core product features to help with processing analytics at scale.
  • Have significant influence on our overall strategy by helping define these product features.

Within ITA, the Hiring Intelligence, Science & Experimentation (HIRISE) team transforms data and insights into action with interactive, personalized products and online assessments that drive Amazon's hiring of top-tier candidates. Rooted in simplicity, scalability, and sustainability, HIRISE is a central software development service for ITA, striving to build an integrated intelligence hub that serves stakeholders worldwide. Our products enable recruiting partners to make impactful, strategic decisions by fairly evaluating candidates, while also uncovering future trends in hiring data. Working at the intersection of data insights and advanced candidate evaluation, you will use speed and experimentation to create flexible solutions that adapt to rapid business growth and produce 10x value for our customers.
