Design and implement software solutions using appropriate programming languages, frameworks, and platforms. Develop code, configure systems, and continuously improve application quality and performance.

Apply modern engineering practices including CI/CD, automated testing, version control, and secure coding standards.

Create and maintain unit tests, participate in integration and cross‑functional testing efforts, and document test outcomes.

Produce and maintain technical documentation, including design artifacts, SDLC documentation, and production change records.

Diagnose and resolve production issues, including performance tuning, troubleshooting, debugging, root cause analysis, and participation in on‑call or support rotations as required.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet development milestones and delivery commitments. Provide constructive feedback through design and code reviews.

Act as a technical resource for the team, sharing knowledge and best practices across the engineering community. May mentor or guide less experienced staff.
