Software Development Engineer in Test Graduate (Global E-commerce) - 2027 Start

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define and automate acceptance criteria for product quality.
• Build robust and scalable automation solutions for functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Participate in product requirement reviews and technical design reviews to identify quality risks early in the development lifecycle.
• Develop reusable testing tools, frameworks, and scripts to improve team efficiency and reduce repetitive efforts.
• Analyze quality bottlenecks and continuously improve test strategy, infrastructure, and engineering processes.
• Contribute to AI testing practices, including validating AI-enabled features, improving intelligent test generation, or using AI-assisted workflows to enhance testing effectiveness. Minimum Qualifications:
• Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Understanding of software testing fundamentals, computer networks, databases, algorithms, and system architecture.
• Hands-on coding ability in at least one programming language and understanding of software development workflows.
• Familiarity with test automation concepts, debugging, and quality engineering methodologies.
• Strong learning agility, execution ability, and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in software testing, quality assurance, automation, or engineering projects through internships, research, competitions, or coursework.
• Interest in building test frameworks, developer tools, or scalable quality platforms.
• Interest in AI testing, intelligent automation, or validating AI-driven product behaviors and system outputs.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, collaborative, and globally distributed team environment.
