QUALIFICATIONS: TECHNICAL MASTER'S DEGREE, SEPERATE FROM WORK EXPERIENCE. DIRECT/MAJORITY SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT WORK EXPERIENCE IN BANKING & CAPITAL MAKETING INDUSTRY IS A PLUS AND WORKING IN CYBERSECURITY DOMAIN.
RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
This role requires senior software engineers with a mixture of Go, JavaScript, Java and Python development to design, build, and secure enterprise-level applications and platforms. The consultant will be a key figure in enhancing software supply chain security and driving the adoption of secure development practices across the software development lifecycle (SDLC) as a full-stack developer.
Key Responsibilities
Software Engineering:
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade software solutions using Go, JavaScript, Java or Python.
Build scalable and secure applications based on cloud-native architectures.
Lead code reviews and contribute to system design and technical strategy.
Evaluate and integrate open-source technologies.
DevSecOps & CI/CD:
Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines, integrating automated security testing (e.g., code scanning, dependency analysis).
Develop automation to support continuous integration, testing, and secure deployments.
Promote Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) best practices.
Secure Development Lifecycle (SDL):
Champion and embed SDL practices throughout the organization.
Conduct threat modeling, security design reviews, and support the remediation of security findings.
Required Skills & Experience
Experience: 5+ years in enterprise software engineering.
Core Programming: Strong hands-on proficiency in Go (Golang) and Java.
Architecture: Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, APIs, and software design patterns.
CI/CD: Extensive experience implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab, Jenkins).
Security:
Strong knowledge of Secure Development Lifecycle (SDL) practices and secure coding.
Technologies:
Containerization: Docker and Kubernetes.
Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Education
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent
