Overview: We are looking for a skilled Documaker Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle Documaker, including expertise in designing, developing, and implementing document generation solutions. This role involves working with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, automated document generation solutions that meet business needs. Key Responsibilities: Document Design & Development: Develop, customize, and maintain document templates using Oracle Documaker tools. Ensure that templates are designed to meet business requirements and compliance standards. Customization & Configuration: Customize and configure Documaker to support specific business processes and requirements. Work on enhancements to improve system functionality and performance. Support & Maintenance: Provide technical support for Documaker applications, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and system upgrades. Ensure system stability and reliability. Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and document requirements. Translate these requirements into technical specifications and design solutions accordingly. Testing & Deployment: Develop test cases and conduct thorough testing to validate document templates and system integrations. Oversee the deployment of Documaker solutions and ensure successful implementation. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for developed solutions, including technical specifications, user guides, and process documentation. Compliance & Security: Ensure that document generation solutions adhere to organizational policies, industry regulations, and security standards. Qualifications: Experience: At least 3 years of experience with Software development At least 2 years of experience developing and supporting Oracle Documaker solutions, including document design, DAL scripting, template creation, rule configuration, form development, and enterprise system integrations. Technical Skills: Experience with Oracle Documaker development, including DAL scripting, Documaker Studio, Designer, and Server. Knowledge of scripting/programming languages such as C#, .NET, Java, JavaScript, Python, SQL, XML, XSLT, or similar technologies used for document composition, automation, and integrations. Candidates with strong document-generation platform experience and transferable scripting skills will also be considered. Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications in Oracle Documaker are a plus. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. Preferred Skills: Insurance domain knowledge is a plus Experience with other document generation or enterprise content management systems is a plus. Familiarity with SQL and database management.
