Role Overview
The Software Engineer will perform advanced programming and software development tasks, including designing, developing, testing, debugging, and maintaining complex web-based and client-server applications. This role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, architects, and system analysts to deliver innovative and efficient software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain web-based applications using C#.NET, Blazor, SQL, HTML5, and CSS • Design, develop, and implement front-end and back-end solutions • Create and maintain stored procedures in Oracle and SQL Server • Analyze business and technical requirements to design effective software solutions • Troubleshoot application issues and perform root cause analysis • Work extensively with DevExpress tools, including advanced grid development • Ensure applications are scalable, high-performing, and user-friendly • Collaborate within Agile teams to support SDLC processes • Conduct demonstrations of application changes to stakeholders • Recommend and implement process improvements for development projects
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelors degree or higher • 4 years of experience developing web-based applications • 4 years of experience in programming languages, including .NET, C#, JavaScript, HTML, HTML5, CSS, SQL, and Stored Procedures • Oracle and SQL Server experience • 4 years of experience in root cause analysis and troubleshooting • 3 years of experience working within Agile SDLC • 3 years of experience collaborating with development teams and stakeholders • 2 years of experience using Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools • 1 year of experience developing applications using C#.NET Blazor
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience converting applications from Java to C#.NET Blazor • Strong knowledge of responsive web design • Experience implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)
