Software Engineer 2

Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Engineer 2 to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will engage in the full software development lifecycle, contributing to the creation of intuitive and reliable software solutions. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications using C#, .NET, React, and TypeScript.
• Take initiative in managing assigned features and technical challenges from conception to implementation.
• Participate actively in all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including planning, design, development, and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop practical and maintainable software solutions.
• Engage in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, focusing on root cause analysis.
• Identify technical risks and communicate them effectively to the team.
• Research new technologies and apply findings to improve our software solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, React, and TypeScript.
• Experience with REST API design and SQL Server or other relational databases.
• Understanding of object-oriented design principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar lifecycle tools.
• Experience with automated testing, cloud platforms, and AI-assisted development tools.
• Prior experience supporting and troubleshooting enterprise-level applications.
