Job Title: SAP S/4 HANA Functional Analyst
Location: Dearborn, MI. Hybrid
Job Type: W2 Contract
Expected Hours per Week: 40 hours per week
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
Pay Range: $72-75 per hour

Position Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4 HANA Functional Analyst to support enterprise ERP initiatives within a global automotive environment.

This role will focus on full lifecycle ERP delivery, including requirements gathering, system design, configuration, testing, and production support. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Source-to-Pay business processes and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable SAP solutions.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform requirements gathering, business analysis, and fit-gap analysis.
• Review and analyze current business processes and define future-state solutions.
• Collaborate with business, IT, and implementation partners to define ERP scope.
• Develop functional design documents and specifications for SAP solutions.
• Create use cases, user stories, and other requirements artifacts.
• Analyze integration requirements and support connections with non-SAP systems.
• Work closely with technical teams (ABAP, Fiori, PCF) for solution delivery.
• Support testing efforts including functional, integration, security, and UAT.
• Provide SME guidance for Source-to-Pay processes in a global automotive environment.
• Assist with data migration activities, including profiling, cleansing, and extraction.
• Perform system configuration and support deployment activities.
• Provide post-go-live production support for implemented solutions.

Experience Required:

• 6+ years of IT experience.
• 4+ years of experience in software development or ERP systems.
• Experience working with SAP S/4 HANA implementations.
• Proficiency in at least two programming languages, or advanced proficiency in one.

Even Better, You May Have:

• Automotive or manufacturing industry experience.
• SAP certification.
• Experience with Fiori implementation.
• Knowledge of Ariba sourcing processes.
• Familiarity with ABAP development.
• Experience supporting full software development lifecycle (FDD, TDD, testing, deployment).
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
