What You Will Do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable infrastructure and systems for delivering AI agents to end users.
• Collaborate with founding team members across engineering and product to define technical requirements and architecture.
• Own features end-to-end, from initial design through deployment and iteration.
• Contribute to foundational engineering decisions that will influence the product for years to come.
• Identify and resolve performance, reliability, and scalability challenges in agent delivery pipelines.
• Help establish engineering best practices, tooling, and processes as the team grows.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 0–4 years of professional software engineering experience with a focus on backend development.
• Proven ability to build and ship software in collaborative, fast-paced environments.
• Strong foundational understanding of software engineering principles and system design.
• Comfort working in areas of uncertainty, making thoughtful decisions without a complete playbook.
• A collaborative mindset with clear communication skills, especially in small team settings.

Preferred

• Prior experience at an early-stage startup or in a founding/seed-stage environment.
• Exposure to building or working with AI-powered systems, LLM pipelines, or agent frameworks.
• Experience with distributed systems, APIs, or real-time delivery infrastructure.

Compensation and Benefits
