Job Summary:
roposed product is a next-generation, AI-powered tool designed to transform on of the processes involved. The product leverages Gen AI to help one of the technicians work faster. As a UX / product designer on our team, you'll play a role in shaping intuitive and impactful experiences that support the technician throughout their workflow.
Key Responsibility:
Collaborate with designers, researchers, technical team and other stakeholders to understand user needs and business goals
Apply finding from usability testing and user research to iterate and improve the user experience
Create user-centered designs based on business requirements and user feedback
Design lo-fi and high-fi wireframes and clickable prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas
Ensure consistency with Hinge and Axis.
Be well versed in Figma, FigJam and comfortable working within a large design system"

Salary Info:
Capgemini discloses salary range information in compliance with state and local pay transparency obligations.
