The Software Engineer builds, maintains, and supports custom software used by employees, customers, and business partners. This is a full-stack role covering the complete development lifecycle - discovery, planning, design, implementation, testing, release, and production support - across frontend applications, APIs, backend services, databases, and integrations.
AI-assisted engineering is a normal part of how we work. Engineers use AI tools throughout planning, implementation, debugging, testing, review, and documentation, and remain fully accountable for the quality, security, and impact of everything they ship.
This role has a flexible work arrangement, meaning we are open to employees working remotely or in-office. Periodic travel to the Atlanta, IN office is expected.
