Together, let's build what comes next. **Required Skills:** Software Engineer, Audio Embedded Device Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate in a team environment across multiple scientific and engineering disciplines, making the architectural tradeoffs required to rapidly deliver software solutions 2. Write clean readable code, debug complex problems, prioritize effectively based on impact and urgency and get things done with a high level of efficiency 3. Learn constantly, dive into new areas with unfamiliar technologies, and embrace the ambiguity of problem-solving 4. Develop audio software for a variety of consumer products and devices **Minimum Qualifications:** Minimum Qualifications: 5. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience 6. 5+ years software development experience in industry settings or PhD with 2+ years of experience 7. 3+ years relevant audio software engineering experience in industry settings 8. C or C++ experience, including use of C++11/14/17 features 9. Communication experience and demonstrated experience working across disciplines to drive optimal solutions **Preferred Qualifications:** Preferred Qualifications: 10. Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews) 11. Experience with wearable or IoT device software - smart glasses, headphones, earbuds, watches, or similar battery-powered consumer devices 12. Experience developing, debugging, and shipping software products on large code bases that span platforms and tools 13. Background in on-device telemetry - session tracking, event instrumentation, observability for embedded features 14. Experience in Android or Linux audio stack development, including AOSP-based system service components 15. Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements) 16. Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and ability to integrate AI tools to optimize workflows and drive measurable impact 17. Experience with feature rollout systems - feature flags, staged rollouts, early access programs 18. Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies 19.
