What You Will Do
Develop and optimize backend systems using Python, Rust, C/C++, and Go to support real-time AI functionalities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement robust algorithms for visual conversational AI applications.
Engage in code reviews and provide mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Analyze system performance and implement optimizations to improve efficiency and scalability.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from concept through deployment and maintenance.
Ideal Candidate Background
2+ years of experience in backend engineering or computer vision.
Proficient in Python, Rust, C/C++, and Go with a strong understanding of software development principles.
Experience with real-time systems and performance optimization techniques.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Preferred
Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts.
Experience in developing scalable systems for high-traffic applications.
Knowledge of cloud services and infrastructure management.
Compensation and Benefits
