Seeking a Software Engineer (Backend) for a hybrid role in Durham, NC, for 12+ months.
Must demonstrate technical thought leadership, designing and communicating optimal solutions.
Excellent collaboration skills required to work with product owners, analysts, architects, engineers, and QA.
Strong understanding of Agile processes and ability to produce clean, unit-tested code efficiently.
Experience reviewing and refactoring code, mentoring junior staff, and establishing coding standards.
Proficiency in Software Architecture, Design Patterns (OO, Functional, REST), Java, Spring, SQL, and Hibernate is essential.
Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns, Docker, and Salesforce is a plus.
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, with 6-10 years of software development experience.
