Software Engineer

What are the 3-4 non-negotiable requirements of this position:
1) Experience with Relational databases (specifically PostgreSQL).
2) Hands-on experience designing and developing in ReactJS.
3) Hands-on experience designing and developing in JavaScript (TypeScript) and Node.js.
4) Hands-on experience implementing, testing, and supporting Restful APIs.
5) Test Driven Development, test automation, CI/CD AWS.
6) Product design, test and/or analysis experience.
7) Experience in Agile Development.
What are the nice-to-have skills:
1) Excellence in verbal and written communication forms with emphasis on persuasive communication, tact and negotiation.
2) Ability to manage many competing priorities/requests in a fast-paced environment.
