Software Engineer

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

Strong programming experience in Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, .NET, or comparable enterprise technologies API, microservices, cloud, and distributed-system development Automated testing, CI/CD, source control, and code-quality practices Secure coding, observability, performance, and production support Experience with Agile product engineering teams Retail, healthcare, pharmacy, or regulated platform experience preferred

Roles & Responsibilities

Design and implement maintainable software aligned with product and architecture requirements. Build APIs, services, integrations, and user-facing capabilities as applicable. Create unit, integration, and automated tests and participate in code reviews. Apply security, privacy, performance, reliability, and accessibility standards. Use logs, metrics, traces, and production insights to improve system health. Troubleshoot defects and incidents and implement sustainable corrective actions. Contribute to technical design, estimation, documentation, and engineering standards.

Generic Managerial Skills, If any

Strong problem-solving, ownership, collaboration, and communication skills. Ability to explain technical decisions and trade-offs to cross-functional partners.
