Software Engineer (DO-178) - Remote - OCT 25 -0802

Our client based in US and Ireland is seeking experienced Software Engineers with expertise in DAL (DO-178) to work on Aerospace Systems Projects. You will play a key role in developing and certifying safety-critical avionics systems, ensuring compliance with FAA/EASA/NASA regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, verify, and certify safety-critical avionics software per DO-178 guidelines

• Debug and resolve issues in real-time embedded systems

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years in avionics software/hardware development.

• Hands-on experience with DO-178 certification preferred

• Knowledge of avionics standards

• Experience with model-based design and static analysis tools could be an advantage

Nice-to-Have:

• Understanding of DAL (Design Assurance Levels) and FAA/EASA audits.

• Scripting skills for test automation.
