About the Role

We're looking for an ambitious early-career Software Engineer who wants to build real products and grow quickly in a startup environment.

You'll work across the product and engineering stack, ship features directly to users, and take meaningful ownership much earlier than you might at a larger company.

We care less about years of experience and more about technical ability, curiosity, speed of learning, and evidence that you love building things.

What You'll Do

• Build and ship production features end-to-end.
• Work across backend, APIs, databases, and user-facing applications.
• Turn loosely defined problems into working software.
• Prototype quickly, gather feedback, and iterate.
• Debug and improve existing systems as the product scales.
• Use modern AI development tools to increase engineering velocity.
• Work directly with experienced engineers, founders, and product stakeholders.
• Take increasing ownership of features and technical decisions.

What We're Looking For

• Strong software engineering fundamentals.
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Go, Java, or C++.
• Experience building real software through internships, professional work, side projects, research, open source, or your own startup.
• Understanding of APIs, databases, data structures, and application architecture.
• Comfortable using AI coding tools as part of your development workflow.
• Strong problem-solving ability and willingness to learn unfamiliar technologies quickly.
• High ownership, resourcefulness, and comfort with ambiguity.
• Strong communication and ability to work collaboratively.

Strong Plus

• Previous startup or high-growth company experience.
• Impressive side projects or independently launched products.
• Full-stack development experience.
• Cloud or infrastructure experience.
• AI/LLM product experience.
• Open-source contributions, hackathons, technical competitions, or research.
• Founder or entrepreneurial experience.
