Qualifying Questions:

Summary: 

• Develops, integrates, supports, and debugs software across multiple platforms including aircraft software, high-fidelity simulators, and lab setups with constructive simulations, physical hardware, and system-level models.

• Owns and troubleshoots CI/CD pipelines to ensure fast, reliable, and reproducible builds.

• Champions virtual development labs and aircraft-software workflows, keeping them nimble and user-friendly.

• Designs and builds automation frameworks using open-source, commercial, and in-house tools.

• Engages daily in scrums, sprint reviews, and technical demos to share progress and learn with the team.

• Influences automation infrastructure, software integration, and build processes for critical programs.

• Works across diverse host environments including aircraft software and simulated mission systems.

• Performs software development in C++ and Python programming languages.

• Develops software on Linux (RedHat or SUSE12) operating systems.

• Works with simulation software environments and Digital Twin environments.

Requirements:

• Active Secret Security Clearance required to start.

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a STEM discipline (or equivalent experience).

• 3+ years of experience programming in C++.

• 3+ years of experience programming in Python.

• 1-2 years of experience developing software on Linux (RedHat or SUSE12).

• Experience with simulation software environments.

• Experience with CI tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or Bitbucket.

• Experience with real-time software development and integration.

• Experience with aircraft sensors, datalinks, navigation, and or weapons.

• Experience with Open Mission Systems and leading software projects.
